GENERAL TERMS OF SERVICE

SERVICE POLICIES

Service Cancellation Policy:

  • A minimum of two consecutive services within a two-week period is required before cancellation.​
  • Canceling before this requirement incurs a $50 fee.


Single Visit Cancellation:

  • Customers must provide written notice of cancellation at least 24 hours before their scheduled service day. Written notice includes email or a message sent through our official communication channels (e.g., client portal, text message to our business line). The 24-hour period is measured from 12:00 AM on the scheduled service day, regardless of the actual time of service. Cancellations received after this deadline will incur a $25 same-day cancellation fee.
  • If cancellation leads to an overgrown lawn by the next visit, an overgrown fee will apply.​
  • Frequent cancellations may result in service termination at our discretion.


Service Date Flexibility Policy

  • Service dates may adjust by a day due to weather, holidays, or other factors.​
  • We'll notify and reschedule promptly in case of delays.​
  • Your flexibility ensures reliable service.


Invoicing & Payments:

  • A card on file is required during estimate approval.​
  • Invoices are auto-charged within 24 hours post-service.
  • Payments overdue by 7 days incur a $15 late fee.​
  • Service may pause until the balance is settled.


LAWN MOWING

Service Frequency & Overgrown Lawn Fee:

  • Standard schedule is bi-weekly.​ Monthly or one-time services are not offered.
  • During peak growth (April-June), weekly mowing may be necessary; we'll notify you if so.​
  • Overgrown lawns (over 6") needing multiple passes incur an extra fee equal to the regular rate.
  • Example: A $50 regular rate results in a $50 overgrown fee, totaling $100.
  • Grass over 2 feet may be beyond our equipment's capacity; we'll inform you and may refer other providers.


Lawn Pickup & Locked Gates:

  • Please ensure your lawn is clear of toys, pet waste, and other obstructions on your service day.
  • We'll mow around cluttered areas; excessive clutter preventing mowing results in a $25 fee.
  • Inaccessible areas due to locked gates, pets, etc., will be skipped; full-service price applies.
  • Uncut areas will require extra effort in subsequent visits due to increased grass length.


FLOWER BED, LANDSCAPING, AND PROPERTY CLEANUP

  • For landscape projects over $1,000, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your slot.
  • Cancellations 48+ hours in advance will receive a full refund if material is not purchased.
  • Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable


CLIENT PORTAL ACCESS

Your Client Portal:

  • Access your unique portal via the link in estimates, invoices, and receipts to view service dates, invoices, and estimates.​
  • Contact us for assistance if needed.


SMS Messaging Program

By providing your mobile phone number to Crystal Green Lawn Care, you agree to receive text messages from us related to your account and service. Message types include service notifications, scheduled service date reminders, estimates, invoices, account updates, and occasional promotions or special offers.


Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
